In a heartwarming display of compassion, a group of local youths has come together to save the life of a street dog suffering from a severe medical condition. The dog, who has been living on the streets, has developed a cancerous growth in one of its eyes and urgently requires treatment.
According to the rescuers, the dog has already undergone its first round of chemotherapy, which has shown slight improvement in its condition. The final stage of treatment requires around ₹3000, and the youths are working tirelessly to arrange the amount despite limited resources.
The entire campaign has been initiated and led by Janvi Sunar, who, along with a few close helpers, is personally taking care of the dog and raising funds through her Instagram page Stray Family (https://www.instagram.com/strayfamily_13).
They have appealed to the public to support this cause, emphasizing that no contribution is too small even ₹50 or ₹100 can make a meaningful difference in saving the dog’s life.
“We are trying our best to manage all ongoing cases, but every contribution matters. This isn’t just about treating a dog; it’s about humanity,” the group said.
The initiative highlights the growing awareness and empathy within the community toward animal welfare. Those willing to help can directly contact the youth volunteers for donations.
This heartfelt effort proves that kindness, even in small acts, can bring about life-changing miracles.
