To advance the vision of Participative Justice and Door Step Delivery of Justice, is organizing SAMADHAN SAMAROH 2026.
SAMADHAN stands for:Supreme Court Action for Mediated Adjudication and Disputes Harmonization Across Nation
This initiative will commence from 21st April, 2026 and culminate with a Special Lok Adalat to be held on 21st, 22nd & 23rd August, 2026.
The purpose of this Special Lok Adalat is to facilitate amicable settlement of pending matters before the Supreme Court of India through consent-based resolution mechanisms.
📢 Invitation to Participate
All advocates, litigants and stakeholders are requested to actively participate and contribute to the effective resolution of disputes under this initiative.
Parties may appear:
✔️ Physically before the Court✔️ Virtually through the Online Platform
to arrive at mutually agreeable settlements of their disputes.
