Srinagar, A crucial meeting of the International Human Rights Organisation (IHRO) Kashmir team took place on Monday under the leadership of Mr. Altaf Bhat.
During the meeting, a Core Body for the IHRO Kashmir Chapter was formally established, receiving approval from Dr. Shri Nem Singh Premi ji, World Chairman of IHRO and supported by Shri Vishwanath Rao ji, IHRO Director, marks a significant step forward for the organization in the region.
The newly constituted Core Body comprises the following members: President: Mr. Altaf Bhat, Vice President: Mr. Sheikh Abdul Rehman, General Secretary: Mrs. Tasleema Ashraf, Secretary: Mr. M. Ashfaq Ahmed, Head Tourism Wing and Media Incharge: Mr. Yaqoob Dunoo, Treasurer: Ms. Saima Zarger, HR Head: Ms Anjali Ada ji and Mr Asif as event management head. Furthermore, the meeting saw the appointment of district-level leadership:
District President, Bandipora: Mr. Imtiyaz Ahmad and District President, Baramulla: Mr. Muneer Ahmed
